Kombination mit Ionenpumpen oder unabh\u00e4ngig davon eingesetzt, um reaktive Gase aus der Vakuumumgebung zu entfernen.  <\/p>\n<p>In Kombination mit einer Ionenpumpe erm\u00f6glicht die TSP niedrige Enddr\u00fccke in k\u00fcrzerer Zeit. Alle TSP-Komponenten sind bis 400\u00b0C ausheizbar. <\/p>\n<p>TSPs funktionieren, indem sie einen Titanfaden erhitzen und Titanmolek\u00fcle auf einer Oberfl\u00e4che sublimieren (von der festen in die Gasphase \u00fcbergehen).
